- Please tell us. Say which module and section, and what you think is wrong. Every report is checked against the books first, then fixed for everyone.
- Something isn't working
- A page that won't load, a test that won't submit, a PDF that won't download. Tell us what you were doing and what device you were on.
- Your data
- To see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw marketing consent, email the address above. We'll respond within one month. See the privacy notice for the detail.
- Anything else
- Questions about the notes themselves are usually fastest through Ask Sparky, the tutor button on any notes page — it answers from these notes and points you at the section to revise.
