Record Zs in column 27 of the schedule of test results, then compare it with the maximum. Here’s the bit that loses marks: check it against the maximum measured value, not the maximum tabulated one.

Tabulated BS 7671 Tables 41.2–41.4 at operating temperature B32 · 1.37 Ω Measured (≈80%) GN3 · On-Site Guide a cold circuit, on test B32 · 1.09 Ω your reading on test ≤ the measured maximum
The cable you test is cold, at about room temperature. In use, current warms it and its resistance rises. The measured maximum leaves room for that rise; the tabulated figure assumes it has already happened.

The tabulated maximum is what you wrote on the schedule of circuit details. If you used a measured value from Guidance Note 3 or the On-Site Guide there instead, say so in the remarks.
