You will almost certainly end up with a multifunction tester, but the papers ask which individual instrument carries out which test, so it is worth knowing them separately.

InstrumentTest
Low-resistance ohmmeterContinuity — and polarity at the same time
Insulation resistance testerInsulation resistance, at the right test voltage
Earth electrode testerEarth electrode resistance (or an adapter on a capable MFT)
RCD testerRCD timing and ramp tests
Earth fault loop impedance testerZe, Zs and prospective fault current
Polarity may not be printed next to the ohmmeter. The book does not necessarily spell it out — remember it, because you are proving polarity at the same moment you are proving continuity.
✋Volt drop is not really a test. The page mentions verifying volt drop, but there is no instrument that properly measures it, and it is not normally required during initial verification. Volt drop is the designer's calculation, checked by the installer, long before the inspector arrives.
