There are eight Guidance Notes, published by the IET. Guidance Note 3 is inspection and testing; Guidance Note 5 is protection against electric shock — effectively Chapter 41.

The full list is printed at the back of your book
Not the contents page, not the index. If a question asks which Guidance Note covers selection and erection, or protection against electric shock, flip to the back cover pages and read the list. It is quicker than hunting.
You do not need all eight. In practice BS 7671, the On-Site Guide and Guidance Note 3 are the three you will actually own. The others become worth buying if your work takes you that way.
