What is the very first thing you do when you turn up at a property to inspect and test? The answer has not changed and will not change:

Safe isolation first. Always.

And on a board you have left and come back to, re-confirm it. Check nobody has touched the board since you were last there, before putting a meter anywhere near it.

✋Being turned off does not mean isolated. Switching off is not isolation. Isolation is locked off, with the key on you, and proved dead.

Test yourself on it

The tests are in the members’ area. Get one wrong and it shows you why, and where to revise.
