The notes
Exactly as they are on the site.
| Section | What goes in it |
|---|---|
| D — Extent and limitations | What is covered, what is not, and why. Continuation sheets if needed |
| E — Summary of the condition | The overall condition of the installation, and the satisfactory/unsatisfactory decision |
| Supply and particulars sections | Supply characteristics, earthing arrangements, installation particulars — filled in from the documentation |
| K — Observations | Every observation, each with its code |
| Schedules | Circuit details and test results — one set per distribution board |
On the observations tick-box: if any remedial action is required, the observations box is ticked. C3 and FI are still observations, so they get ticked too. Any C1 or C2 makes the report unsatisfactory; a C3 on its own does not.
